Customer Care
We are a small independent business based in France and striving for a high level of customer satisfaction. All orders are packaged by us and hand delivered to the post office to be shipped to your door. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will give every effort possible to resolve the issue for you.
Sizing
Our hand garments are designed for average men, women and kids sizes. All gloves are made from stretch fabrics to allow for the individual's varying measurements. The average hand size is the following:
- For kids: 6-6.5
- For women: 7-7.5
- For men: 8-8.5

Colors and patterns
We give special care to present images that most accurately reflect the actual colors and motifs of our hand garments. For some of our styles, there will be variations in the final garment piece due to the the fabric artwork and how it was cut. Each piece is really one of a kind!
